* At the time of online booking, the full amount of the excursion will be charged.
* In case of cancellation less than 15 days prior to the excursion date, the refund will be 100% of the amount paid.
* In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days prior to the excursion date, the refund will be 50% of the amount paid.
*In case of cancellation within 6 days prior to the tour date, no refund will be made.
*Payments made with American Express cards have a 5% charge.
*Refunds made due to cancellation will carry the bank transfer fee charged by the bank.
