Up to 48 hours before the event with 100% refund.
24 hours before 50% refund.
If it was for a reason such as not being able to reach the island due to covid-19s it will return 100% of the amount paid, as long as these reasons are demonstrated.
TOUR TO FORMENTERA: You can cancel up to 72 hours before the event but 20% will be charged for the cost of Ferry tickets to Formentera since we do not receive a refund since it is managed by a shipping company

In case of cancellation before 15 days before the excursion date, the refund will be 100% of the amount paid.
In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days prior to the date of the tour, the refund will be 50% of the amount paid.
In case of cancellation within 6 days prior to the excursion date, no refund will be made.
